Description :
Interesting collection of antique optical and photographic items featuring early spectacles, folding magnifiers, eyeglass cases, and a vintage Century photographic film holder. Included are two pairs of antique spectacles in their original cases: a rimless pair with an attached pendant-style lens cover and a folding pair marked G & N Stokes. Also included are two folding magnifying lenses or lorgnette-style viewers. One magnifier is complete, while the second is missing one lens, as shown in the photographs. The lot also includes a vintage Century Holder photographic film plate holder, likely used with large-format cameras during the early 20th century. A fascinating assortment for collectors of optical instruments, photography memorabilia, medical antiques, or scientific curiosities. Includes: Condition:
Vintage condition with age-related wear, oxidation, scratches, and surface imperfections. One folding magnifier is missing a lens (see photos). Spectacles and film holder have not been tested for functionality. Sold as found.
